Well all most all of my lightning rod collection is two and three digit so I am probably not the best judge on the later Malaysian lightning rods.
However I do have three Malaysians with fairly high numbers for when you come to lightning rods and they have the typical bent rod syndrome that is standard with wire. they can be bent and hold the new position. Don't try this at home unless you are a trained lightning rod bender. I don't want to be responcible for anyones lightning rod breaking.
