Art, thanks for bringing this post back up. Reading thru it made me realize how my HL collection is coming along. My top three desires in October were:
1. Nauset/acquired thru marketplace
in mid-November
2. Cape Neddick/same seller
3. Assategue/secondary market dealer
at very reasonable price.
Only Barnegat of that 10/99 list is
still out there.
But when I posted that list I wondered if I'd ever have any of them. Now I have three of the four, all at below market prices.

So now the three heart of desire HLs:
1. Barnegat
2. Montauk Point
3. Portland Head (talk about
dreaming!)
