Hey Judy, ...Why is the Lighthouse Gallery being sold? Are the owners retiring, or they just getting out of that particular business?

I've never been there so I don't know that much about their store. Is all the merchandise directly related to just lighthouses? Are they selling because business is not good? Are they selling it as a business or a location near the coast? Is the selling price only a million dollars? That's not that much for a coastal location these days, if they are close to the water.

Inquiring minds on the East Coast, where it's bright and sunny today, but morning temperatures are in the low 20's, would like to know.
