I read in a lighthouse book that St. Mark has tours once a year around the middle of May. Does anybody or any club have a tour lined up this month. If not who would I contact at St. Mark for a tour and what would be the phone number.

Thanks for the number Paul.
I called the National Wildlife Refuge and found out that the inside of St. Mark was open to the public once a year on the 15th of May until this year. St Mark is now closed to the public for internal viewing because the cost Guard feels that it is unsafe for tourist. You can still walk the grounds as always
