Greg - I visited that area over Easter Weekend (I'm sure you saw my posts with the photos). I'd say the musts would be Ogdensburg from there you can see a couple of lights on the Canadian side. Tibetts Point and the Cape Vincent Breakwater are easy to get up close to and take photos of those so I'd hit them while you are up there. And the Selkirk light in Pulaski. That would also be one of your better stops for lighthouse postcards. Another place I found cards was in the the Maritime Museum in Oswego. From the pier you can get a pretty good view of the breakwater light there as well.
