Punta Gorda could be an extensive topic on it's own!
Bob, after hearing all the stories about the trip to Punta Gorda...I think you could write a book about your "adventures" and title it...
WE SURVIVED THE TRIP TO PUNTA GORDA!!!! 
We were only with the group from Point Cabrillo and back up the Oregon coast and it was great weather and lots of fun. Our "Pixie Friend" certainly knows how to plan a great trip. Can't wait for our "next adventure."
