I purged users who registered before 7/31/00 and who had not posted any messages.
This sometimes occurs when individuals register and the email address they provide is incorrect. In that case, they cannot receive a password -- which is only sent by email -- and so they may re-register to correct the email address.

The user number sure took a pretty big hit! Time to get out and promote the web site and the forums so we can get back to 600 then 700 active users! Does this change let the new guy (formerly known as #700) off the hook for donuts?
