The May 2000 National Geographic arrived today with a nice story 'Tall Order' about the move of Cape Hatteras.

If you're not a member of NGS, you can now but the magazine on many newstands or at bookstores.

John - Thank for the info on Cape Hatteras. I will have to pick up a copy of the National Geographic.

Thanks, John for the post re National Geographic. We've been getting it for years. The current issue is still sitting with its brown paper jacket, so it is good to know about the Hatteras article.

Our problem is we subscribe to too many magazines & newspapers. They pile up waiting to be read. Of course they are never gotten rid of until I/we read them.

National Geographics get saved, my son just recently used some old ones for a school project.
