Now we have to admit that HL151 came out in 1995 so it represents the second or third generation of paints used by Harbour Lights production sources in Malaysia - perhaps different from the Canadian and Southern California suppliers.

If anyone has a low number Cape Blanco they'd like to donate to science, I'll be happy to run another test and report the results. My suspicion is that PB would not fare as well as Jupiter.
