That's Kopu lighthouse. It is located in the Estonian Hiiumaa island in the Baltic sea. There is no "official" list of old lighthouses, but probably this is world 3rd oldest lighthouse which is still in operation (1st is Torre Hercules, La Coruna, Spain which is 2nd century, (don't have photos unfortunately), 2nd - Genoa lighthouse which is 1128, photo1, photo2
