I happened in April's Lighthouse Digest about the card so I went looking for a picture. Figured it ought to be on the post office's web site but they do good job of burying info. Didn't notice there any release dates or location but LHD says it is "coming soon". Would hope they first released it on SE Block, but with the USPO you just never know!

I wouldn't mind getting a first day cancellation if you go looking. I know someone who is a stamp collector; will see if he can help with more info.
