Before Ebay and while the internet was still young, the CIB was very valuable in locating secondary dealers and Harbour Lights specialist like John Childester and Mike Richardson. These were the two pioneers that started using the Websites for selling Harbour Lights. Harbour Light Specialist was the term that CIB gave to the secondary dealers that was well educated in the collecting of Harbour Lights. I always like the title “Harbour Light Specialist” and someday I hope to earn that title.
