I have flown on Southwest quite often, San Diego, San Francisco, Sacramento, Phoenix, Kansas City, Austin, Baltimore, Raleigh, Midway and Providence. Any chance you might have flown those routes? I have had nothing but good flights with Southwest. My only problems have been super crowded gates! The price of popularity.
