I had recieved a box once (I don't remember if it was UPS or the Post Office)but when I got home the box was on my porch with the top of the lighthouse sticking out the side of the box about a half an inch, all though the HL was NOT damaged despite a rough ride it had gone thru the blue HL box and the outer packing box.
