Nov. 6 edition of the Detroit News - The 24th annual service in memory of the crew of the Edmund Fitzgerald was going to be held on Sunday Nov. 7 at the Mariner's Church of Detroit (the real name for the Maritime Sailors' Cathedral from the song.) The Church bell was to be rung 29 times for the crew while a Ship Masters' and Military Honor Guard stood watch. Jim Jim Dr. Who ?
