On our Grand Haven South Pier the tip of the lighthouse is tilted at a 5-10 degree angle and there appears to be a crack under it. However the tip doesn't move or seem loose and the crack is not jagged. Is the tip of the lighthouse a seperate piece that is glued on?

What do you mean by "the tip" - the ball at the top of the tower(s)? The "cowcatcher" device at the end of the pier? The metal walkway?
I don't see anything that looks tilted out of place and no cracks on mine.

Then I'd say if that's the way it arrived in your hands, you should send it back to the source. It should be replaced.

Neither tower ball appears tilted on mine. There IS what appears to be a line, but I feel this is due to the design of the mold. Probably best described as an indentation. tnkeeper
