This was produced in Canada and
Malaysia. Does anyone have any
info on the flag numbers that
were produced in each.
i.e. Canada flag # x - xxxx
Malaysia Flag # xxxx - xxxxx

According to all my reference materials there is no start & end numbers for the productions runs like there are on other LH's. Probably the only way to tell is to look at the sticker on the bottom, or the box. Sorry.

I have a
Canadian - #76
Canadian - #854
Malaysian - #4859

My guess would be that 1240 to 1300 is as high as the numbers got for a Canadian Portland Head.

Interesting, the Greenbook Guide to HL's lists the following:

Particulars: The second lighthouse using only one mold to reach full edition size and retirement. This is the first lighthouse produced without a rod.

Production notes: Canadian no rod. Malaysian no rod.

I must admit I hadn't noticed that before.

Thank you for all the above info. What I am trying to do is complete and verify my database of all Harbour Lights productions and it is hard to find info for some things. I've used old Green book and lots of other things.
