Point Betsie has been undergoing a restoration the last year - apparently that included a new paint job! I made a trip up there today and the cap on the tower has been painted black from the red it's been for so long. I have LOTS more to post - GORGEOUS DAY today!

Wow! What a fantastic shot! When we visited this past summer, there were materials, scaffolding, and many workers all over the place. Nice improvement.

There was still scaffolding along the rear of the light and a ton of stuff on the other side. I'm glad they pulled some back so I could get my shots! LOL!
