Paul, that one was posted way, way back in the original thread of this game. It's been so long maybe we can't remember that far back?

North West Cape Light (Australia)

See it there in the middle of the radio tower? This light was a replacement for Vlaming Head (which has now been re-lit).

Donchawonder, just how many of that type of lighthouse there is/was in Canada? They must have had a bigger plant than GM to crank them all out. Or one very busy carpenter. I guess it's a wonder that so many of these wooden cuties have survived.

There is lots of interesting info on Sable Island on this site. Sable Island is near to the area where it is supposed that the crew of the Andrea Gale perished in 1993.

Trinity Buoy Wharf (England)

Scroll down a bit to see it. This is the only lighthouse in London. And this is the only site I could find that had a picture of it. I believe I was searching for Azores and came up with an English light!

Glad you specified Northern Ireland above Paul. I had completely forgotten to count two countries for the Irish lights!

Re: International Lighthouse Game Part XXX - 03/29/02 03:35 AM

That's a nice light but doesn't fit. In this game the light you post must begin with the last letter of the previous light, the main word or any others. In this case it would be "T"
