Looks Great!
Can't wait to order mine. Since I'm relatively new to the Collector's Forum, I missed out on the first two Wacko pins.

Hi, Stephanie: I can see that you will be one of our first eager pin customers --- I just answered you on the Club News section. An order form and directions will be posted very soon along with a link to our brand new wacko pin webpage which will give all of the details and some great lighthouse information and photos. This will truly be a beautiful collectible pin. Just keep checking this site for the unveiling.

Thanks for your interest in helping to Keep the Flame burning at Southeast.

Barb,
You were right I had the pin confused with the badge. I will want two pins. One for me and the other for my wife Betty. We just have to keep track of who wins the LE, me or her.

Thank you all for your enthusiastic support of SE Block Island and the annual Wacko Pin project. If you haven't yet seen images of the 2002 pin and a history of the Wacko Pin project, take this link, 2002 Wacko Pin to see it all and place your order.

Thank you all again,

One of the surprises from reading the order forms was the number of different lighthouse organizations that people are members of. We would like to thank all of you and your organizations for your committment to lighthouses and their care and restoration.

Here's the organizations represented so far:

Hey WackoPin I have a question-

I live in NJ and I try and keep up on these things, but I never heard of a NJ or a NY HL Club.

Anybody out there know who listed these organizations and where I can find them?

Re: The Wacko 2002 Pin - 03/19/02 03:02 PM

More 2002 Wacko Pin odds 'n ends.

Top three states from which order forms have been submitted:

1 - Florida
2 - New York
3 - Texas

None from Rhode Island, where SE Block is located. Where's that home state spirit?

I thought the same thing when I saw the listing for the NJ HL club. If there is one I would be interested.

Re: The Wacko 2002 Pin - 03/20/02 02:37 AM

I asked WakoPin about it and was told that an e-mail would be sent to the individual that listed those Clubs on their order form.

I'm awaiting a response.
