Someone told me there was a lighthouse in the movie the World According to Garp. I did not see the movie. Just wondering if anyone knows if there was a lighthouse and which one?

I'm not much of a movie goer (last one I watched was The Perfect Storm) so no help from me.
Haven't seen it in years. Somehow I'm thinking Pigeon Point, but I wouldn't put a wooden nickel on it.

I haven't seen the movie, so this is all speculative research.
According to the IMDb movie database, Garp was filmed in and around New York City, including northern New Jersey, Long Island and Fishers Island, New York.
Race Rock lighthouse is very close to the southwest tip of Fishers Island. So if there were scenes with a lighthouse, it may have been Race Rock.
